Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of £150 is payable at the time of booking. The balance is due by the day of the wedding at the latest.
Payment details: please make cheques payable to “Rahim Mastafa”.
Distinctive Wedding Videos reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time for any reasonable cause, e.g. accident or ill health. In this event all monies paid will be refunded in full.
Consent must be obtained from the church/venue officials permitting filming to take place, including the use of music played at the venue. Distinctive Wedding Videos will not be responsible for coverage lost due to access restrictions.
Distinctive Wedding Videos will be the exclusive professional videographer. Friends and family are permitted to operate video cameras on the condition that they do not interfere with or get in the way of the professional coverage.
Distinctive Wedding Videos will not be held liable for any production problems beyond our control, e.g. bad weather, accidents, poor acoustics/lighting, interference from guests, etc.
Creative aspects such as shooting and editing style are at the discretion of Distinctive Wedding Videos. It is our paramount concern to produce a finished product of excellent quality and makes no guarantees, neither expressed nor implied, in regard to aesthetic qualities of the completed project. Your satisfaction is our primary goal. By signing, you, the client(s), acknowledge that the finished product is a creative work, and as such, reasonable artistic license/discretion will be used in the filming and editing of the resulting video.
All music, photographs and other material required for inclusion in the video must be supplied at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding day.
The video production may take between 4 to 12 weeks to complete depending on the busy wedding season.
Upon taking possession of the finished product, the client must inform Distinctive Wedding Videos of any technical or other problems with the video within 7 days. After 7 days, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed to be satisfied with the product.
Client requested changes to the finished product will be billed at £75 per hour.
Copyright will be owned by Distinctive Wedding Videos
Distinctive Wedding Videos reserves the right to make changes to prices without announcement.
